At Saigon’s Corner, we use the same family recipe that’s been passed down in Saigon for over three decades. Our pho broth is cooked for at least 24 hours to bring out deep flavor from beef bones, onion, ginger, and other spices. You’re getting what authentic pho should be—savory and rich, the way it’s made in Vietnam.

You’ll never leave hungry. Our portions are known for being big and filling. Bowls of pho start at $15.45 and go up to $18.95. You can get Pho Tai (sliced raw steak), Pho Ga (chicken), or our Special Pho that includes brisket, tendon, meatballs, tripe, and more. We also serve vermicelli bowls, fried rice, and broken rice plates. If you want something lighter, try our shrimp or veggie spring rolls for just $7.95 to $8.95. All meals are made fresh and fast.

We’re located in the Old Capitol Town Center. It’s a bright, clean space with booths and open seating. It’s a good place for a quiet lunch or dinner with friends. There’s space for solo diners, small groups, or families. Being in the middle of downtown makes it easy to stop in during your day. Parking and access are simple, and the service moves quickly.

Best place ever, I'm originally from California, coming from California I tried a lot of different Pho restaurants throughout my life, and this is by far the best!!! Period! The Pho and Shrimp Fried rice are amazing !!! Great portion and even better taste.. the owners are awesome , their kids are awesome !!! Just go!!
